Meet the Founder

Cub & Pudding was founded by Sa in 2019 after she left behind a decade-long corporate career to follow her creative curiosity.

Every print you see is hand-drawn by Sa, inspired by a love of colour, individuality and clothes that feel joyful to wear.

Cub & Pudding is about dressing for yourself, not the rulebook or trends.

Her aim is always to create comfortable yet playful pieces made for people who like their wardrobes to have personality.

Our Slow Threads collection launched January 2026 - with a slower, more considered production model that reduces waste while expanding creativity.

The new chapter of Cub & Pudding brings four clothing collections a year, each available for three months. We're growing in the way that feels most true to us, creating thoughtfully, releasing joyfully, and staying slow and sustainable.

The Slow Threads focus means we can be more responsive to our customer feedback and have fun bringing you more frequent newness.

Where we make

We produce primarily in India, working with a brilliant not-for-profit organisation who specialise in production with marginalised female artisans. Here our cottons are woven and dyed from scratch to our unique designs and all details, such as embroidery, added by hand. It ensures a high quality, slow fashion, no waste approach.

Paired with our India production, we have been working with the same female-led factory in Porto since 2017 who have been an enormous support in understanding the limits of small business quantities and ensuring a fair and ethical workplace.

We're so hoping you won't have need to return any of your purchases and they'll be beloved and coveted for many years to come.

But..here's some options:

  • you can exchange for a size swap free of charge
  • swap for another item instead + get £6 credit towards it
Email us: customerhelp@cubandpudding.com with your order number & which option you’d prefer and we’ll send your free postage label.
